灯盏花是云南特色道地中药材,资源丰富,药效独特,近年来随着临床价值的逐渐开发,形成了以灯盏花中成药制造为主体,上下游产业协同发展的中药材全产业链。该文通过总结灯盏花产业概况,深入分析灯盏花产业专利与科技文献数据,结合中药大品种科技竞争力分析,从知识产权、现有研究热点、产业发展关键因素等视角透视我国灯盏花中成药产品、技术、资产分布等产业现状,进而针对性地提出促进我国灯盏花产业高质量发展策略与建议。
Abstract:Erigerontis Herba as a unique and authentic Chinese herbal medicine in Yunnan, has rich resources and unique efficacy.In recent years, with the gradual development of clinical value, a complete industrial chain of traditional Chinese medicine has been formed, with the manufacture of Erigerontis Herba traditional Chinese patent medicines as the main body and the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries.The study summarized the overview of the Erigerontis Herba industry and conducts an in-depth analysis of the patent and scientific literature data of Erigerontis Herba industry.Based on the analysis of the technological competitiveness of major varieties of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper examined the current industrial situation of Erigerontis Herba Chinese patent medicine products, technologies, and asset distribution from the perspectives of intellectual property rights, existing research hotspots and key factors for industrial development, and then puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Erigerontis Herba industry in China.
