南北柴胡共有挥发性物质研究

摘要:

目的:分析南北柴胡挥发油以及水提液石油醚萃取部位的共有成分。方法:应用GC-MS法分析南北柴胡挥发油和水提液石油醚萃取部位所含的共有成分,寻找同一基原柴胡水提液石油醚萃取部位和挥发油成分之间的关联。应用主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘判别分析等方法探讨南北柴胡的成分差异。结果:南北柴胡挥发油共有成分21个,峰面积占比分别为80.69%、95.78%。南北柴胡水提液石油醚萃取部位共有成分15个,峰面积占比分别为93.30%、82.82%,且各共有成分在南北柴胡水提液石油醚萃取部位的峰面积占比基本一致,其中峰面积占比较大的化合物丙酸乙酯、2,2′-亚甲基双(6-叔丁基对甲酚)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、甲酸丁酯、2-戊酮同时存在于南北柴胡挥发油和水提液石油醚萃取部位中,且以石油醚萃取部位的相对含量高。结论:南北柴胡挥发油和水提液石油醚萃取部位含有多种共有挥发性成分,共有成分可能是南北柴胡在临床上作为同一药用发挥解热作用的物质基础。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the common components between the volatile oil and petroleum ether extracts in water decoction of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots.Methods: GC-MS method was used to analyze the common components from volatile oil and petroleum ether extracts in water decoction of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots.The correlation between the petroleum ether parts of the water extract and the volatile oil components in Bupleurum Radix was sought.Principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis were used to study the difference of volatile components of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots.Results: There were 21 common components in the volatile oil of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots, and the proportion of peak area was 80.69%,95.78%,respectively.There were 15 components of petroleum ether extracts in the water decoction of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots, and the proportion of peak area was 93.30%,82.82%,respectively, and the proportion of each common component peak area in petroleum ether extracts of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots water extract was basically the same.Among them, ethyl propionate, 2,2′-methylene bis(6-tert-butyl-p-cresol),dibutyl phthalate, butyl formate and 2-pentanone with large peak area existed in the volatile oil and petroleum ether extracts of water decoction of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots, and the relative content in petroleum ether extracts was high.Conclusion: There are many common volatile components in the volatile oil and petroleum ether extracts of the water decoction of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots.The common components may be the material basis for the antipyretic function of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense roots as the same medicine.
