目的:以黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis为研究对象,探讨双膜覆盖种植技术对宁夏中部干旱带黄芩生长、生理特性及有效成分积累的影响。方法:设置5个覆膜穴播处理,包括双层膜覆盖、单层白膜覆盖、单层黑膜覆盖、单层全膜覆盖、不覆膜(CK),测定黄芩药材产量、叶片光合速率、黄芩苷含量等指标。结果:不同覆膜处理均有一定作用效果,其中双层膜覆盖处理效果最佳,与CK相比,土壤含水量、黄芩根粗、药材产量、叶片叶绿素a+b含量、净光合速率、黄芩苷含量分别提高83%、141%、284%、43%、125%、24%;叶片过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性及丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量分别降低50%、33%、51%、24%、26%。结论:本研究表明双膜覆盖能促进黄芩生长、提高黄芩药材产量和质量,为该技术在干旱地区应用研究奠定了理论基础。
Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of double-layer film mulching cultivation mode on the plant growth, physiological characteristics and active ingredient accumulation of Scutellaria baicalensis in the arid zone of central Ningxia.Methods: Five film covering treatment were set up, including double-layer film mulching, single-layer white film mulching, single-layer black film mulching, single-layer full film mulching, no film mulching(CK).The yield of Scutellaria baicalensis,photosynthetic rate of leaves and content of baicalin were determined.Results: Different coating treatments had certain effects, and the double-layer film mulching treatment had the best effect.Compared with CK,soil water content, root crude, medicinal material yield, chlorophyll a and btotal content in leaf, net photosynthetic rate and baicalin content increased by 83%,141%,284%,43%,125% and 24%,respectively.Leaf peroxidase and catalase activities, malondialdehyde, proline and soluble sugar contents decreased by 50%,33%,51%,24% and 26%,respectively.Conclusion: This study shows that double-layer film mulching cultivation mode can promote the growth of Scutellaria baicalensis and improve the yield and quality of Scutellaria baicalensis,which lays a theoretical foundation for the application of this technology in arid areas.
